FCA Previous Involvement: Arvak helped with the huddle leadership team at Glenelg High School in 2000-2001 and later as a coach attended the FCA breakfasts at the US Lacrosse Convention. He came on the Central MD staff November 2010.
Family Life: Arvak has been married for 9 years to his wife, Amy. They live in West River, MD with their 3 children: Caden, Ryken, and Malene.
